Soak and wash your oven racks and grill pans in warmwater and washing-up liquid and scrubb with a nylon brush or other gentle non-metal scrubber.
Anything abrasive i.e. steelwool will scrach metal finish which can lead to rusting and course food will even be more next time.
PS. Whilst cooking always have a wet cloth at hand to wipe off spills as it acures. Remember even the enamel or stainless steel on top of stove gets hot and can bake spills onto the surface.
