Here is an easy way of cleaning the inside of your oven.
Remove all oven racks and grill pans. Then you take a glass bowl and fill it with half a cup of full-strength ammonia. Oven must be cold before you put the bowl with ammonia in. Close the door and let it stand overnight. The fumes will soften the crusty foods from the interior.
The next morning you open the oven door to let all the fumes dissipate, then you only remove the glass bowl. Then you wipe away grease and foods with a cloth or sponge.
To remove stubborn stains after ammonia treatment, try using a non-abrasive scrubber (plastic ice scraper) dipped in solution of warmwater and washing-up liquid to aviod scratching the interior surface.
Happy cleaning.
