How to keep paintbrushes pliable

Clean your used paintbrush bristles thoroughly and rinse them in an old can of water with a drop of liquid fabric softener mixed in. After rinsing, wipe the bristles dry and store the brushes as usual. You will see how pliable the cleaned brushes are.
