How to clean and sterile baby bottles etc.

Take a container and fill it with hot water and 200gm of bicartonate of soda and soak bottles, teats, caps and brushes overnight. Give a good rinse afterwards and dry thoroughly before using.

You can also boil baby bottles in a pan of water and 3 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda for about 3min.
